To add time or suspend the timer

1. When a Family Timer notification appears on the screen, on the controller, press the Guide button.
   
   Tip  If you do not add time or suspend the timer, the console shuts down.
2. The Family Timer options are displayed.
3. On your controller, enter your four-button pass code by pressing X, Y, the triggers, the bumpers, and the directional pad.
4. Do one of the following:
   
   • To extend play time, select Add More Time. You can add time in increments of 5 minutes and then 15 minutes.
   • To turn off Family Timer restrictions, select Suspend Timer.
   • To turn off the console immediately, select Turn Off Console.
